Solutions
To engage with our client’s concern, we advanced in two phases. We first upgraded their headquarters, factories, and warehouses with prominent infrastructure to acquire a strong foundation of their network. Secondly, we upgraded all of their retail outlets by interconnecting them into a network to be able to acquire in-store analytics of their customers.
Our solution was designed with simplicity in terms of deployment and management, as it was crucial for their in-house IT team to be able to handle it for in-store and on-site installations. With a single-point management of website complaints and issues, stocks and billings, as well as a centralised monitoring of CCTV enabled, our client was able to streamline everything into one channel, all at the ease of their headquarters.

With the two phases aimed to improve their entire workflow for better productivity and efficiency, our client has enjoyed the benefit of a centralised management which enables for zero-touch configuration with Cisco Meraki technology.
Simplifying their management across all their locations throughout Malaysia, the workflow of their entire system can be controlled and managed from a single location, and any problems can be quickly identified and rectified. Centralised CCTV monitoring also allowed for improved in-store customer analytics, which enabled them to focus on larger retail objectives and committing to long-term customer engagement.
